International calls are $3.00 per minute plus $3.00 per call. A fuel charge applies to base fare all services. Hourly rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage. Stretch limousines have a five (4) hour minimum (Monday - Thursday) Stretch limousines have a five (5) hour minimum (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Sedan hourly rates have a (3) hour minimum Mercedes and SUVs have a (4) hour minimum Minibus reservations have a (4) hour minimum Full size coach bus has a (5) hour minimum * Please inquire about point to point rates Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour All rates do not include 20% service charge. In the event Boston Chauffeur is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Boston Chauffeur may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Boston Chauffeur will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. Boston Chauffeur accepts the following: American Express Diners Club Discover Card Mastercard Visa A 20% service charge based on the fare, stop time & wait time will be itemized on the invoice statement; 20% service charge on limousines & buses The following out-of-pocket charges will be itemized on the invoice statement. - Two-Way Tolls - Parking - Airport Fees Other out-of-pocket charges may include cell phone usage Wait Time: For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $6.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight time arrival time. A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. Bus schedules cannot be monitored therefore, billings begins at the scheduled pick up time. Cancellations and No Show Fees: Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. Cancellation of sedans within two (2) hours in Boston and three (3) hours in other cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. Van reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge. Mercedes reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge. SUVs reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge. Cancellation of stretch limousines within 24 hours of scheduled pickup will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee. Buses reservations must be cancelled (1) week in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge. All deposits are non-refundable. A no show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your driver, call 1-866-570-LIMO to avoid a no show fee. Holidays: A $ 25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on: Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Easter Sunday Presidents Day New Year's Day Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motorcoaches): All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Boston Chauffeur hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Boston Chauffeur facility until the time it returns to the Boston Chauffeur facility. All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

Our Rate Policies:

Wait Time:

All deposits are non-refundable.

A $ 25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on:

All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Boston Chauffeur hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Boston Chauffeur facility until the time it returns to the Boston Chauffeur facility.
